Employability and career: the importance of an integrated approach

In a context of uncertainty, particular attention should be paid to strategic human resources activities linked to employee development and retention.

With market demands changing so rapidly, skills development is a key issue for both professionals and the organizations that employ them. It is essential for both to anticipate change in order to remain competitive.

At ISFB, we firmly believe in the relevance of accompanying employees, and through them their organizations, on the path to success by helping them to excel in their work and progress in their careers. We are convinced that this success is based on a combination of specialized technical knowledge, cross-disciplinary skills and a strategic vision of employability.

Our colleague Stéphane Bonzon, a psychologist and guidance counsellor, supports the employees of our member banks on the subjects of employability and careers.

Our services in the areas of continuing education, certification, skills development and network outreach continue to evolve in line with the needs of our members, helping them to position themselves favorably in the face of future challenges and opportunities.
